Ingredients:

1 Fresh Beetroot

2 Carrots

2-3 Tablespoons of Colway Real Mayonnaise from Aldi

(or another good quality mayonnaise or aioli).

 

Method:

    1. Peal the Beetroot and Carrots and then rinse under running water.
    2. Grate the beetroot and carrot.

 

  1. Place the grated beetroot and carrot in a large bowl and add 2-3 heaped kitchen tablespoons of mayonnaise (taste to get your preferred flavour).

 

Salad is served!
